For EUR deposits, you can use paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Bybit and Binance Pay if the method is enabled for your account. Crypto deposits are also available. Availability and transaction limits depend on your account and country of residence.

You can deposit between €10 and €10,000 per transaction using either Skrill or Neteller. The e-wallet must be in your name. You may need to approve the payment with the provider.

Crypto and Payment Services
You can fund your EUR account with Bybit and Binance Pay. For direct crypto deposits, select the coin and the correct network. If crypto is converted to EUR, the amount credited depends on the exchange rate.

Paying from a CHF Account
If you deposit to a EUR account using a card billed in CHF, your playing balance remains in EUR. Currency conversion may apply. Whether the card is accepted and what fees your bank charges depend on the card provider and the transaction.
Exchange Rates and Fees
Currency conversion may involve an exchange-rate mark-up and additional fees. Your payment provider may also charge its own fees. These costs can reduce the amount credited or increase the amount charged to your payment method.
Deposit Wagering Applies Even Without a Bonus
For accounts registered in Switzerland, a deposit must generally be wagered once in qualifying bets before it can be withdrawn. This 1× requirement applies to the deposit itself. Bonus wagering is a separate, additional condition; bonus bets do not count towards deposit wagering.
If the requirements have not been met, we may cancel a withdrawal request or charge a fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount. Certain betting patterns and game rules may result in additional restrictions. If you want your deposited balance returned, check the terms with our support team before placing further bets.

Hasn't Your Deposit Arrived?
Your bank or wallet may show a debit before the funds appear in your player account. Making another deposit won't speed up the first payment.
Payment Declined
For card payments, your bank may refuse authorisation. Possible reasons include card limits, missing confirmation or restrictions imposed by the payment provider. A declined payment won't be credited to your player account. If your payment method was charged anyway, we can help investigate.
Money Debited but Balance Missing
Have the amount, date, currency and payment reference ready. For crypto, include the transaction ID. Tell us whether the payment is still pending or already complete with the provider so we can trace it.
Amount Doesn't Match
If currency conversion is involved, the debit and credit may be in different currencies. Fees may also account for the difference. Tell us both amounts and currencies, and send a receipt with private payment details hidden.
You Decide How Much to Deposit

Can I pay with paysafecard?
You can deposit between €10 and €10,000 per transaction into a EUR account with paysafecard if it's enabled for your account. Only use the payment process inside your player account. Never send us a voucher PIN by chat or email.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum for a EUR account is €10 with paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Bybit and Binance Pay. Direct crypto transfers have their own minimums; for USDT via Solana or Tron, it's 5 USDT. Each of the three slots welcome bonus stages requires a qualifying deposit of at least €10. Meeting a crypto transfer minimum doesn't automatically meet the bonus requirement.
Can I deposit with Visa, Mastercard or Maestro?
Card payments aren't enabled for every account. You can only use Visa, Mastercard or Maestro if the relevant card method is available for your deposit. Even then, your bank may limit or decline the payment. Only use a card in your own name.
Can I hold my account in Swiss francs?
No. Players registering from Switzerland can choose EUR, USDT, BTC or ETH. CHF is not an account currency. A card billed in CHF and a EUR player account may require currency conversion; acceptance of the card is not guaranteed.
Are deposits always instant and free?
No. How quickly funds arrive depends on payment approval and processing by the provider. Cryptocurrency deposits also require network confirmations. Currency conversion or payment provider fees may apply.
Can someone else deposit for me?
No. Your card, bank account or wallet must be in your name. We don't accept deposits from relatives, friends or partners, even with their consent.
Do I need to wager a deposit without a bonus?
Yes. A 1× deposit wagering requirement generally applies to accounts registered in Switzerland. Bonus bets do not count. If the requirement is not met, we may cancel the withdrawal or charge 10% of the withdrawal amount as a fee. Additional rules apply to certain betting patterns and games.
Can I withdraw using the same method?
Withdrawals generally use the same payment method as deposits, provided it supports withdrawals. We may ask for identity and payment method documents before processing a withdrawal. Crypto withdrawals require the relevant winnings to come from funds previously deposited in cryptocurrency.
What should I do if I've been charged twice?
Send us both payment references, amounts, currencies and times. Also tell us whether both transactions are completed with the provider or one is only pending. Don't make another payment to try to correct the charges.
